::Nice supermarket has everything you need

::Only supermarket where you can find mostly everything at descent price but it is still expensive. Every time I checkout am surprised by the bill, you don't have anything in your trolley for SCR 1000 (60€). You can find a product today and it can be finished tomorrow and you won't find it sometimes for months. Their customer service is terrible and useless. Security rude. They have a restaurant inside with the worst service you can imagine.

::On February 12, 2018, near the entrance to the hypermarket in the parking lot (to the right of the central entrance) a bag (dark green) was stolen from my car. The incident was about 11:30 until noon. the car was locked. I immediately informed the security man. My car (Hyundai i10 No. S23520) was standing opposite the CCTV camera (corner of the building). View video security refused. They acted very slowly, they dragged time. I was not recommended to address the police to the security guard. This seemed strange to me. I went to the police and wrote a statement. Until the bag is found.Be vigilant !!! Do not leave personal belongings and bags in the car in the parking of this hypermarket! Perhaps theft involved in security personnel STC Hypermarket

::A very disappointing and disgraceful experience. I would give 0 stars if I could. The security guard at the entrance of the store asked me to put my small bag in a storage locker. I explained I had my personal items there and would prefer not to leave them in a locker. I also told him I would be happy to fully open my bag to security at the exit of the store when I left. He refused: "management don't like it, and they make the decisions". I then waited outside the store while my wife and small children shopped. This same guard then proceeded to let in over one dozen women with hand bags TWICE the size of mine, and a man with a back pack THREE times the size without questioning them. He then asked a Russian tourist to put her small bag (the same size as mine) in a locker, but allowed her instead to put it into a trolley. Why was this option not available to me? I understand theft is a problem and I can agree to a policy provided the policy is CONSISTENT and fair to all. This was not my experience. Turning a blind eye to some customers and targeting others is not a good business model. Either enforce a consistent policy, or none at all. As a tourist, I'll never return again.
