  Great coffee (illy), free wifi (for 15', need to login again after that), very clean restrooms, pricey

  Nice location in the center of Victoria, with a wraparound balcony terrace overlooking the main road and Tour de l'Horloge, also known as the Small Ben.

  The view is nice. It is steak house but surprised the seafood plotter is fresh and nice!

  Great views, decent food, very generous portions, however extremely slow service and very long wait for food
