::Is there a ZERO star rate in this Barclays bank Seychelles?! What a disgusting service! I dont know where to start. I did an international bank transfer on last June 25, entering full information for my beneficiary. You know what, until now by writing this frustration service my beneficiary is still waiting for the money. I called the agents several times but doesn't give me details the reason why it took time to transfer the money. Until I found today that I just entered the account # and not the IBAN number. Then why you cant remove the account option on the system? Or strictly IBAN #only. Bad service at all. You know ,130USD was the charged fee for sending this very slow service! Do you still have an eager to use this kind of service?! I need a response from this management.

::The Barclays ATM stole my Visa in Anse Royale. The only way I could get money out. I've never had a machine take my visa all over the world. Had to go to Victoria for several hours, waiting in line. Then left because they didn't have it and I was told to come back the next day, even though they said to pick it up the same day it was taken. Thanks for wasting my precious time in Seychelles.
